The DashPass Partnerships Engineering team is a team with a mission to deliver high impact 3rd party partnerships to DashPass through platform buildouts and integrations.
Partnerships is a key part of the DashPass subscriber growth strategy as partners help grow our subscriber base in all of our global markets, and also contribute to adding continuous value to our DashPass members through new membership benefits like special promotion incentives or new non-delivery benefits. This team will support DashPass’s growth goals and be a key lever especially in international markets as we expand our footprint.
As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee a talented group of engineers, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and operations. Your primary responsibility will be driving the successful execution of our partnerships roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both customer needs, partnership goals, and business objectives. You will be key in fostering a collaborative and cross-functional work environment and promoting effective communication and synergy amongst team members. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can balance technical excellence, practical necessities with delivery, and effective prioritization of business needs.
