We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. As an intern at HP, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to your field of interest, with hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects within your department.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the development and testing of new products or services.
  • Stakeholders Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Ongoing bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Process Simulation and Modeling
    • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
    • Lean Manufacturing Principles
    • Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer
    • Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
    • Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software Proficiency
    • Control Systems and Automation
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Additional Qualifications (good to have):

  • Internship experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of
    • Six Sigma
    • CAD (Solidwork/ Creo Modeling)
    • PLC
  • Experience with :
    • Minitab/JMP
    • Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk
    • SQL
