Engineer HVAC Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs heating, air conditioning, pump and building exhaust

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of direct experience working with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • CFC Certification
  • Experience with digital and pneumatic HVAC control systems and building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions and apply practical problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to write brief reports and complete technical documentation when necessary.
  • Ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs schedule maintenance inspections and repairs or replaces parts.
  • Work with wiring and electronic components, valves, motors, coil unites, digital and pneumatic control systems.
  • Provide technical assistance with the design of HVAC systems including installation and modifications to existing system.
  • Prepares and submits requests for supplies and equipment.
  • Responds to emergency service requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.
