We’re looking for an Engineering Business Analyst (P2) who’s ready to step into a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. In this role, you’ll become a trusted partner to Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leadership. Your insights will directly influence program performance by supporting monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, driving financial and schedule predictability, and shaping critical decision-making through thoughtful analysis.

You’ll collaborate across engineering and program teams to deliver accurate EVMS inputs, develop EACs/LREs, track cost and labor performance, and report meaningful variances. Using tools like APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PM Tools, you will play a key role in ensuring our programs stay on track, on budget, and aligned with mission objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs)

  • Perform in-depth Earned Value and financial analysis to understand and communicate program health

  • Prepare BCRs as needed and participate in the monthly performance process

  • Prepare forecasts, monitor actuals, and clearly document variances that support proactive decision-making

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems

  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
