Engineering and Technology Summer Training

Duration:  8 weeks

Location: Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited – Taif

Salary: SAR 4,000 total

Position is open for Saudi Nationals only (Male & Female)

Position summary:
Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited is a registered Saudi Company in KSA, with HQ in Riyadh and covering several sites in the country. we are proud to have been a leading provider of power to the Royal Saudi Air Force for 50+ years. We provide in-country support for over 300 military platforms equipped with 800+ Rolls-Royce engines. We offer a world-leading military product portfolio for land, sea and air for our customers in Saudi Arabia. 

We’re one of few companies with the breadth of technology and expertise to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges and on your 8-week internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll develop through a mix of digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring your ideas to life in meaningful ways

During the programme at Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia, you’ll gain valuable insight into an EJ200 operational environment, with a primary focus on Health and Safety, Quality and Delivery. Maintaining high standards in these key areas enables us to sustain our excellent relationship with the RSAF.

The operations will include the following:

  • HS&E Health, Safety & Environment – Journey to Zero Harm
  • Quality Engineer/Control
  • Forward Line & ML1 Engine’s Support
  • ML2 Engine/Module Repair
  • Logistics – Supply Chain & Asset Controller

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll be studying towards either Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering at Taif University
  • A strong passion for the future of technology
  • Being open-minded, curious and agile in your approach to work and career development
  • Able to communicate confidently in English language

You must be able to demonstrate that you are not currently employed on a permanent basis.

*Please be aware that the Rolls-Royce site is in a remote location with no access to public transport.
