Bring your energy to Aggreko as Engineering Administrator based in Dumbarton.

You’ll support the Engineering function by managing part creation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering change processes, ensuring accurate data and smooth coordination across teams.

What you’ll do as Engineering Administrator:

- Manage and coordinate creation of new parts in PLM/ERP systems.

- Support development and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs).

- Facilitate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure correct approvals.

- Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate documentation on part specifications, revisions, and change history.

- Prepare and distribute Engineering Change Notifications.

- Support continuous improvement in part data and change control.

- Provide general administrative support to Engineering.

You are:

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

- A confident communicator across multiple functions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- (Nice to have) Experience with PLM/ERP systems and engineering change management.

- (Nice to have) Background in engineering, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
