Job Description

• Perform electrical testing of wiring harnesses using test benches, multimeters, continuity testers, and automated test equipment (ATE).
• Verify continuity, insulation resistance, voltage drops, and other electrical parameters.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness drawings to guide testing procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults or failures in harnesses and document the findings.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as required.
• Record test results accurately and generate reports for engineering and quality teams.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues.
• Support first article inspection (FAI), validation tests, and failure analysis as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality control procedures.
