We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineers to join our growing Technology Systems Engineering Team
About the Role
Create and implement great technology to produce high quality, reliable products that meet all performance and functional criteria.
Continuously improve and develop experimental techniques and design methodologies to enhance team and organizational capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technology research into final product designs.
Proactively resolve engineering problems and validate solutions using appropriate test methods.
Follow established Dyson methodologies and best engineering practices to ensure robust design solutions are delivered on time, on spec, on cost, on quality.
Ensure effective and timely communication with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and participate in design, technical, and research reviews as required.
Conduct experimental validation and/or simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD, 1-D, system, mathematical modelling, etc.), analyse results, and communicate findings clearly – ensuring thorough documentation.
Take full ownership of defining, capturing, and documenting relevant requirements for technology and performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.
Interpret complex data to support informed decision-making and project direction.
(D8 & D9 roles) Mentor junior engineers, leverage technical expertise, provide technical direction for problem-solving, and lead discussions on technical deliverables.
About You:
At least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Mechatronics engineering or equivalent, Applicants having a master’s degree are welcome to apply.
Have at least two years of relevant work experience after graduation.
Have a strong interest and experience in fluid dynamics and thermodynamics and taken modules related to it.
Hands on experience of building and working on components/parts/systems is a bonus.
Experience in running Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations.

Possess excellent analytical skills and be able to think creatively and innovatively.
Demonstrate ability to provide independent viewpoints/argument to a problem.
Ability to plan and prioritise task, typically within a project.
Able to identify technical risks within projects. Expected to suggest specific actions to mitigate risks. Able to contribute in FMEA sessions.
Capable of thinking "out of the box" and approaching problems from different angles to develop effective solutions.
Interpersonal skills:
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to receive constructive feedback and coaching and respond appropriately.
Able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly.
Able to work well in a team.
Motivated and committed to their personal and professional growth, willing to invest their time in continuous learning and development.
Extent of guidance or control:
Generally characterized as a “Task completer”.
Requires decreasing amount of task oversight and review during time in position.
