Job Description
As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide customer support by troubleshooting and solving product customer issues by the phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
You will work as the company liaison to the customer for topics focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and Software like SCADA and MES. Additionally, you will evaluate and approve the operational quality of system equipment by asking related questions.
You will have a hybrid working model with flexible location either in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona ideally) or Poland (Katowice). You will be reporting to the Manager located in Madrid, Spain.
