Responsibilities / Tasks
* Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and service solutions to customers for granulation equipment's [i.e. PMA (Rapid Mixer granulator), Fluid bed dryer, Blender, Lifter etc.]
* The role ensures customer satisfaction through timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of service quality.
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software‑related issues.
* Perform on-site, on call and remote support to minimize downtime.
* Provide product training to operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
* Propose after sales business to generate revenue through AMC, Service call, Spare parts suggestions.
