Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
• Create QAP, Check lists and SOP for products and processes.
• Conduct pump performance testing (hydraulic, mechanical & electrical)
• Inspection of control panels wiring and electrical schematics and maintaining the instruments Calibration.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and test certificates, as well as prepare test reports & Coordinate with TPIs and customers for product approval.
• Raise the NCR and work with CFT for RCA & CAPA.
• Verify final products as per drawings and customer requirements 

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical
• 4 to 5 years of experience Quality assurance and Testing
• Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, FMEA practices (Desirable)
