Stryker is hiring an Engineer, Quality Process, in Chandler, Arizona to support Stryker's Sustainability Solutions (SSS)! In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving production issues by collaborating closely with engineering and material procurement teams. You will also monitor process data, analyze trends, evaluate financial results, and incorporate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Solve quality issues using data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methods.

  • Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product and process quality.

  • Represent Quality in cross-functional meetings, ensuring compliance and alignment with standards.

  • Investigate and resolve internal and supplier-driven non-conformances (NCs), ensuring timely closure and accurate documentation.

  • Lead or support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) through root cause analysis to completion.

  • Analyze process data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

  • Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders to maintain customer-focused quality solutions.

  • Review and support change management activities for internal and supplier-driven changes.

  • Provide quality assurance support during internal and external audits.

  • Support process and equipment validation, qualification, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean principles and eliminating waste.

What You Need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering, science, or related discipline.

  • 0+ experience in Quality Assurance or engineering.

Preferred:

  • Familiar with ISO 13485, GDP, and GMP concepts

  • Understanding of quality principles including Risk Management, CAPA, Audits, and statistical methods.

Travel Percentage: 10%
