Key Accountabilities:
Ensures all customer specification/requirement are properly performed
- Communicate with team to comply customer specification and requirement.
- Teach and coach team in customer requirements and expectations.
Manage and coordinate the customer audit program
- Lead and manage during customer visit.
- Follow up action item from customer visit and submit customer on timely basis.
Drive and coordinate to solve customer complaint
- Conduct data driven and investigations in response to customers complaints and lead on-site investigation teams.
- Follow up on corrective actions and provide updates to customers meeting timelines.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and submit to customer on timely basis.
Drive for quality improvement to meet and exceed customer's expectations
Manage customer satisfaction
- Analysis and understands customer needs to improve/maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer's expectation were met or exceeded.
Requirements:
Education Qualification:
Bachelors' degree in related field, preferably in engineering, science or statistics.
Technical Competence & Skills:
Problem solving and analytical skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Presentation skills (oral and written)
Organizational skills
Project management skills
Basic mathematical and statistical knowledge
Measurement system analysis
Geometric dimension and tolerance
Material science knowledge
Relevant Experience:
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor or HDD field.
2-3 years preferable.
QA background with ISO9000 experience.
Others:
Good personality & Human relations, service-minded, trouble shooting.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, fast learner and willing to work hard.
Proficient in the use of computer program; MS Office, Internet and E-mail.
Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
Good command both written and spoken English and Thai.
