Quality Officer - Coupling
Technical Skills Required:
1.In-depth understanding of engineering drawings, general arrangement drawings.
2. Develop product quality plans and its associated process plan.
3. Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production parts.
4. Basic knowledge in PPAP (APQP , FMEA , SPC, Control plan, MSA)
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Tools like (8d, A3 ..)
6. In-depth understanding of international standards requirements
7. Expert in handling Instruments instruments
8.Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
9.Good in customer focus
10.Prepare reports on malfunctions/deviation and corrective actions .
11.Execute quality improvement testing and activities
12.Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
13.If the candidate works in gear box and coupling manufacturing industries, then will have added advantages.
14.Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
15.Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
16.Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
17. Knowledge in coupling balancing process.
Domain Knowledge & Computer Skills excepted
- Basic knowledge in SAP
- MS- Office (Excel , PowerPoint)
- Good communication Skill
Qualification : Diploma / BE in mechanical engineering.
Experience : 5-7 years.
