Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Leading role

1. Responsible for product design of cartridge, disposable and disc type filter.

2. Responsible for developing and optimizing the process of new product.

3. Responsible for NPD related document work and sample trial during NPD process.

4. Responsible for innovative idea generation and collection by daily technical research work and competitive product reverse engineering analysis.

5. Responsible for problem solving in all NPD process, especially in design and development phase.

Supporting role

1. Support to improve legacy product and maintain quality management system in site,

2. Support to build platform for existing technology, including mold injection、 welding process 、testing apparatus…..

3. Support to research latest standard and regulation over the world about the exist product and future strategy.

What get done in this role?

1. Find and solve problem we have now and the activity or effort we do in whole process, then record them in high logic way.

2. Support sample making in all phase, including material preparation、dimension or other index testing (should get training firstly)、data collection and analysis.

3. Focus on advance material research which would be used in our product portfolio.

4. Work with ATAC closely to develop new product testing equipment and know our current testing capacity.

5. Keep track of latest developments in membrane industry.

6. Focus on application research of our new product, which would bring team good understanding about how our product better work in end user side.

7. make and place PP02 order for why we make this order happen, what questions we want to address in the sample building process.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):

1. Bachelor. Degree or above, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering/Science, mechanical engineer,

2. 2 years’ experience in cartridge or capsule filter design and related process development is preferred.

3. With good English speaking, reading and literature exploring capacity.

4. Communication skills for both internally and externally with a multi-cultural audience

5. Have good knowledge of project management, PMP certification will be preferred.
