Engineer (P3) – Application Development & Maintenance, Oracle NetSuite Integration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of IT and 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite enterprise and integration ecosystem with extensive knowledge in commercial enablement applications
  • Proven record of managing and maintaining NetSuite integration using Data Spider, SFTP, JavaScript API and EDI
  • Extensive experience in translating business requirements into technical design
  • Good understanding and experience of Web technologies and knowledge on database, with hands-on experience in MySQL
  • Good working knowledge about JavaScript/HTML/CSS
  • Experience with RESTful API maintenance and integration
  • Very strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Experience in design, development, and deployment in cloud environment (AWS or GCP)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills
  • Expertise in change management and user adoption strategies
  • Timing – 6:00am to 3:00pm IST (9:30am to 7:00pm JST). This schedule may vary depending on the business requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams along with innovation and driving change
  • Enjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently
  • Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to switch contexts between highly technical and business-focused topics quickly and easily
