Job Description

This is your chance to join an exceptionally innovative team at Micron as an OMT HVM Equipment PMO! This PMO role serves as a key enabler for departmental operations, with a primary focus on HVM workforce planning, cross-functional communication, and supporting leaders in driving critical initiatives. The position works closely with multiple functions to ensure effective coordination, timely execution of key activities, and smooth operational alignment across teams.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Plan, allocate, and coordinate HVM headcount across multiple functions
• Support workforce planning and demand analysis related to site expansion
• Assist leaders in project execution and cross-team collaboration
• Consolidate management-required information and track action items through closure
• Plan and complete departmental meetings and internal activities

Skills and Requirements

• Demonstrated strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills in a complex matrix organization, with strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities.
• Diligent, responsible, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
