Job Summary

The Mobile Core Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of mobile core network systems by managing operations, optimizing infrastructure, monitoring performance, and implementing security and compliance measures to maintain high service availability and safeguard against threats.

Job Description

Role and Responsibility

• System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve node/platform issues to maintain service continuity

• Infrastructure Tuning: Configure and optimize mobile core network nodes for peak performance

• Performance Analytics: Monitor network health and adjust parameters to improve reliability

• Operational Automation: Develop automated tools to streamline routine tasks

• Incident Management: Respond quickly to security threats to uphold SLA commitments

• Policy Alignment: Conduct audits and configuration checks for compliance with security protocols

• Health Monitoring: Perform regular security scans and deliver reports to Cyber Security team

• Security Automation: Implement automated scripts to reduce human error and optimize resources

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in Mobile Core Network, Network Operations, or Security.

• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Network systems, network protocols, and security frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and automation solutions.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
