Role & Responsibilities
Handle radio network quality both of voice and data in the metropolitan area
Worst cell analysis and improvement
Plan new sector/small/macro site to meet coverage and capacity plan & optimization
Handling customer complaints from radio networks in the metropolitan area
Explore and analyze radio parameters and feature both voice and data to improve radio network following the company policy
Handle the major event in Bangkok by plan new resources to support capacity
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering
More 2 years experience in RF Engineer
Have knowledge in Statistical analysis, Database analysis, and Data analytic skill
Have programming skill will be an advantage
