Responsible for managing and executing manufacturing assembly processes with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires technical expertise in manufacturing operations, lean practices, and the ability to interpret engineering documentation and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Interpret and work with Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly processes.
Review and understand general engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and compliance with specifications.
Maintain and update IMS (Integrated Management System) documentation as per organisational standards.
Utilise SAP for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
Lead and manage assembly operations for manufacturing components.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimise production.
Monitor quality control processes and maintain documentation for audits.
Education & Qualifications:
Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean tools.
Proficiency in SAP for manufacturing operations.
Ability to read and interpret BOM and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with IMS documentation and quality management systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
