What you will do :

  • Install, configure, and commission complex system field devices in accordance with JCI standards and project requirements

  • Utilize standard configuration and commissioning tools to complete system setup and validation

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and system-related issues in the field

  • Respond to basic warranty service calls and ensure timely resolution

  • Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and customers to support successful project execution

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders on job progress, risks, and issues

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures

  • Complete required documentation, reports, and system updates accurately and on time

What We Look For

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (2-year degree) or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in system installation, field device commissioning, or related roles

  • Working knowledge of configuration and commissioning tools

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently at customer sites and manage field activities effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in building management systems (BMS), automation, or controls environment

  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with Johnson Controls systems and field operations (preferred but not mandatory)
