What this job involves 

• Manage day-to-day electrical and ELV system operations, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards

• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime

• Oversee contractor activities during system upgrades, modifications, or emergency repairs

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation

• Collaborate with facilities management teams to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability

• Respond to and resolve electrical faults or system failures promptly

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications 
Desired experience and technical skills
Required 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on electrical and ELV systems

• REW B license holder is a must

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work on-site and respond to emergency calls as needed
