What this job involves
Oversee the end to end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance
Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and procurement standards
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions
Ensure adherence to local regulations （REW A / B License requirements) and sustainability best practices
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering
REW A/B license holder is a must
Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes
Strong knowledge of building services systems and sustainability practices
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
