Job Description
Rockwell Automation recruits Engineering Graduates (Freshers or with 1 to 2 years of experience) with the title of "Engineer in Training(EIT)".
The Engineer in Training (EIT) Program is a challenging global program that introduces engineers to Rockwell Automation products, software and explains how they are integrated into our customers’ manufacturing process to help provide benefits such as improved productivity.
In this role you will undergo structured 1-year training program which includes classroom training as well as job rotations in multiple functions, as part of this program you are entitled to choose your career path by choosing one of the functions you have undergone in the job rotations.
You will initially report to the Regional Training Business Manager, AP, and after completion of training program, you will report to your functional manager depending on your career path selection in the rotation program.
