About the role:
Infusion care (IC) Engineer– Research and Development is a member of global R&D team with responsibility for New Product Introduction of Infusion Care products and their Life Cycle Management
Key Responsibilities:
Being a part of the team working on development of new highly valuable products that change the lives of many people who turn to us for help
Participation in introduction of new products to the operation
Collaboration with broaden team on development of new processes for assembling and packaging of new or modified products
Implementation of the design changes in existing products to improve their quality, performance and sustainability
Working in a team of high professionals that know how to support each other
Analyzing the challenges and bringing own decisions to overcome them
Presenting own ideas and solutions for improvements
Continuous development of yourself, your skills and build own expertise
Participation in building of wellbeing, healthy working environment, respectful and trusted culture
Behaviors & Skills & Experience:
Good team player
Willing to learn new things and develop yourself
Trustful
Good logical thinking
Technical experience in areas such as with injection molding process and plastic components assembling (it is not mandatory)
3D CAD – Parts and Assemblies and simulation and 2D Documentation, it is advantage
Qualifications/Education:
Qualified to degree level in a relevant engineering related subject preferably Mechanical or Design Engineering.
