Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering

Entegris is currently seeking a Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering (ESC) to join our Production team.  
This position will be based in our Jangan facility. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of in-process product quality, productivity, and costs in order to meet customer requirements through the application of various systematic process engineering and quality control methods/programs such as Six Sigma, SPC, SQC, Process Control System, SAP, camLine, ETQ etc.   

What You’ll Do 

• Ensure compliance with EHS regulation, quality standards, and company policies 

• Ensure that the work environment is safe and well organized (5S) 

• Analyze, in collaboration with the EHS department, critical incidents in the domain of EHS in order to prevent them in the future. 

• Monitor daily manufacturing process and analyze key parameters if needed 

• Monitor material stock and produced quantities in order to maintain the manufacturing schedule. 

• Documentation review for manufacturing process and shipping information. 

• Coordinate the investigation of production incidents and the timely response to customer requests 

• Coordinate with Facility, the maintenance planning and ensure their alignment with the production scheduling. 

• Ensure manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation 

• Promote innovation and continuous improvement with Manufacturing Engineers 

• Implement process improvement projects in cooperation with the BU Technology department. 

What We Seek 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering. 

• 3+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry. 

• English communication preferred. 

• Experience with ERP(SAP) /ISO environment preferred. 

• 6sigma certification preferred.
