Job Description:

  • Test/Product group is seeking to hire a Product & Test Engineer I in semiconductor lab environment to perform test program implementation, validation and characterization on semiconductor products. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain test code for ATE tester for testing, design validation, product characterization, and micro-Probing. 
  • Run back-end operation including wafer sort, macro characterization on both wafer level and package level. 
  • Work closely with the Design & TD team to perform electrical failure analysis and wafer sort yield enhancement.
  • Identify and resolve device performance and yield issues related to design, test, package, or process issues.
  • Operate various types of standard test equipment, ATE tester, Prober Equipment, oscilloscope, logic analyzers, curve tracer, multi-meters, power supplies, etc.
  • Ability to crunch data and analyze then prepare and publish report of the product performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or BS EECS or equivalent 4 years of college degree.
  • The ability to program in C, C++ language is a must.
  • Experience in scripting tools like Python, Excel, JMP to analyze large data file.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft office suite such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Self-motivated, able to work flexible hour, able to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to prepare and present technical data and report on engineering concepts to cross team members in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • C-language and Python, or other scripting tools
  • Knowledge of ATE tester and memory device.
  • Experience of semiconductor device testing.
