Engineer, Facilities Site Management

The Role: 

負責廠務安全衛生管理事項，負責廠務各項系統運轉維護管理及工程改善，提供穩定的維運工作。

Responsible for managing EHP facility and EHS, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and improvement of various facility systems, and ensuring stable and reliable operations. 

In this role you will: 

1.每日巡查及維護水,氣, 電設施，以維持廠房設施設備的正常運轉。 

2.依廠務日常管理與EHS部門合作執行主管機關申報基本庶務。 

3.配合研發或生產部門之設備增設及遷移等工程需求提供規劃。 

4.改善廠務系統提升運作效能，進行節能減碳規劃。 

5.承攬商管理、廠務系統異常問題處理、故障排除與緊急應變之處理。 

6.與EHS部門合作完成安全衛生相關教育訓練，指導新進人員安全衛生相關事宜。  

7.維護廠務文件系統、配合EHS部門推動與廠務相關之工作。  

8.主管交辦專案之執行。 

1. Conduct daily inspections and maintain water, gas, and electrical facilities to ensure operations running smoothly. 

2. Perform basic facility management tasks and co-work EHS team according to authority requirements. 

3. Support expansion projects for R&D or Ops by providing facility planning and improvement proposals. 

4. Improve facility to enhance operational efficiency and implement ESG plans. 

5. Manage contractors, handle facility system issues, troubleshoot and respond to emergencies. 

6. Provide safety and health training, and guide new employees on related matters. 

7. Maintain document, assist in EHS initiatives related to facility operations. 

8. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
