About the Role
You will be a key player in our team, working closely with various departments to understand their needs and challenges. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that align with our company's strategic goals.Job Description:
• Identify users’ requirements and function specification (40%)
• Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories (20%).
• Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing (30%).
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements (10%).
Minimum Job Requirements:
• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines.
• Able to understand, explain and convey requirements and business scenarios to business , end users and technical teams.
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
• Hard-working person and quick learner.
• Good presentation and Problem-solving skills.
