Engineer - After Market Service Support

This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating service processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining comprehensive management information systems (MIS). This position shall prepare all spares quotes / FR collection and support front-end Service team members. This role is essential for driving Aftermarket efficiency and ensuring that our service team has the necessary support to achieve their targets.

 

Responsibility:

This position shall be responsible for

1.      Service – Spares Coordination

a.      Supporting to Field Engineer in preparation of Spares quote and  related Documents

                                                              i.      New Customer Addition

                                                             ii.      Preparation of Quotations (JD EDWARDS (E1) / XLS)

                                                           iii.      Preparation of SPO (Spares Purchase Order)

                                                           iv.      Preparation of FOC - (Free of Cost) – SPO in JD EDWARDS (E1)

                                                             v.      Coordination with Customer for Field Return Parts.

                                                           vi.      Follow up of spares ordered and payment follow up .

 

2.      MIS & Data Entry

a.      Data preparation Spares order tracking  - Engineer wise

b.      AOP & LRP Preparation Support.

 

 

Basic Qualification & Competencies

·       Education: Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical).

  • Experience: 4+ experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Language Preferred– Tamil , Hindi , English
