Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or similar.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize development workflows and improve release velocity.
- Drive process improvements and automation across engineering operations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and operational metrics to ensure system health and performance.
- Support onboarding, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices, including deployment automation and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
