Role Summary
We are hiring a people with experience in Shelf Planogram initiatives, Store Clustering, and Space-Aware Assortments, backed by solid analytics capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cluster-based planogram and assortment programs across store formats
Design differentiated, space-aware assortments (not one-size-fits-all layouts) - Use POS and store-level data to drive SKU productivity and space allocation decisions
- Apply analytics to assess space-to-sales, incrementality, cannibalization, and GMROI impact
- Document user stories, product requirements, and design specifications, and be comfortable with presenting ideas as low-fidelity wireframes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams, translating client needs into features and structured analytical approaches, identifying possible solutions, and defining project requirements
- Exposure to Statistical Modelling in building Recommender engine, Optimization, Regression, Bayesian, and time series models on cloud
- Present actionable recommendations to category and commercial stakeholders
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 10–12 years in Retail / CPG / Consulting with 2-3 years of exposure of working in Space to Sales Optimization
- Hands-on exposure to planogram tools (e.g., Blue Yonder/JDA, Nielsen Spaceman, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with store-level data and cluster-based assortment design
- Ability to interpret model outputs and link them to commercial decisions
- Good to have exposure to other commercial analytics AI applications (Perfect Store, Smart Ordering, Agentic AI Sales Coach,
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Master’s in business with specific focus in AI, Operation research or a related discipline
