What success looks like in this role:
About the Role
Are you passionate about building a workplace where people love to show up? As the Engagement Lead, you won’t just be managing tasks - you will be the architect of our organizational culture at Unisys Hungary.
Working hand-in-hand with the local leadership team, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and employee happiness. From designing high-impact engagement roadmaps to hosting global clients and crafting our internal brand, your influence will be felt across every layer of the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Culture Architect: Own the full lifecycle of the Yearly Engagement Plan. You’ll lead the way from creative brainstorming and budgeting to high-energy execution and post-event storytelling (photos, videos, and insights).
- Internal Communications Guru: Act as the "voice of the Center." You will craft compelling messages for all employees and leadership, ensuring our vision and local updates are communicated with clarity and style.
- Client Experience Ambassador: Play a pivotal role in client visits. You will partner with the global Client Briefing Center to ensure every visitor - whether a potential partner or internal executive - experiences the best of Unisys Hungary.
- Strategic Collaborator: Co-own the “Happy Workplace” agenda. You’ll participate in management meetings, providing data-driven insights from our Engagement Surveys to improve the employee journey from day one to the final handshake.
- Social Media & Brand Builder: Elevate our presence on Yammer, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Collaborate with global partners to showcase Unisys Hungary as the inclusive, vibrant, and attractive workplace it is.
