The Endpoint Systems Analyst serves as a technical administrator for enterprise endpoint management platforms, supporting the management, security, and lifecycle of 6,800+ institutional endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. The role contributes to backend configuration, automation, security baseline governance, and device lifecycle planning to ensure endpoint reliability, compliance, and performance.
Working under the direction of senior staff, the Endpoint Systems Analyst supports device deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and endpoint privilege management using established tools and procedures. The role collaborates closely with the Service Desk and technical teams to support effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and accurate technical documentation, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through operational analysis and recommendations that enhance endpoint standardization, reliability, and user experience.
