Endodontist – Dawson Dental Scarborough (Scarborough, ON)

High-volume, fully equipped practice seeking an Endodontist 2 days per month
 

Dawson Dental Scarborough is seeking a skilled Endodontist—or a General Dentist with a strong clinical focus in endodontics—to join our established, high-demand practice on a part-time basis (2 days per month). This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a large team of general dentists who refer out all molar endo, creating a consistent monthly referral stream of 20–30 complex cases.

You’ll be supported by an experienced endodontic CDA, a dedicated treatment coordinator, and a tech-forward clinical environment designed to help you work efficiently and comfortably.

Schedule

We are seeking 2 days per month, with preference for:

  • Mondays
    or
  • Thursdays / Fridays
    (Flexible based on provider availability)

About the Practice

Dawson Dental Scarborough is a modern, busy clinic located in a standalone building connected to a Starbucks in a vibrant plaza with ample free parking. The practice sees strong and consistent patient traffic, supported by:

  • 4,500 active patients
  • ~70 new patients/month
  • 9 General Dentists (none performing molar endo)
  • 12 operatories, with up to 3 chairs available for Endodontics
  • 6–7 chairs running daily

The space is modern, bright, and equipped to support high-quality specialty care.

Technology & Equipment

You will have access to a fully equipped endodontic setup, including:

  • CBCT
  • Global operating microscope
  • WaveOne, WaveOne Gold, and Vortex rotary systems
  • Digital X-rays
  • Dentrix PMS
  • A knowledgeable CDA experienced in endo procedures

If you prefer a different endodontic system, the practice is open to adding it to support your workflow.

The treatment coordinator will prepare complete predetermination packages (photos, X-rays, notes), and you may participate in consults as much—or as little—as you prefer.

  • Retreatment cases
  • Molar Endodontics
  • Managing moderate-to-complex anatomy
  • Use of CBCT in endodontic diagnosis
  • Working efficiently across multiple operatories

About You:

  • Licensed Periodontist in Canada

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
