As a Vice President Project Management Officer (PMO) End User Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in Deutsche Bank’s GTI Transformation organization, driving the delivery of a complex, multi‑year program modernizing End User Services and the Digital Workplace across the Bank.
You will sit at the heart of the End User Services Portfolio, translating strategy into execution by governing delivery, unifying tooling, and ensuring the full transformation scope delivers measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with the Transformation Control Tower, you will shape portfolio governance, steer executive decision‑making, and provide transparent, high‑impact reporting to senior internal and external stakeholders. Through this role, you directly enable a modern, resilient, and digitally enabled workplace, accelerating change that impacts thousands of employees across Deutsche Bank globally.

Your key responsibilities
- Driving prioritisation, preventing siloed decision‑making, and ensuring all initiatives remain aligned to End User Transformation outcomes
- Owning Clarity, strengthening cost discipline, improving forecast accuracy, and enabling executives to make confident, data‑led investment decisions
- Setting and maturing governance frameworks that protect scope, reduce risk, and deliver predictable outcomes at scale
- Owning OpCo/SteerCo content to enable crisp, authoritative, and outcome‑focused decision‑making
- Anticipating issues before they materialise and safeguarding business‑critical commitments through proactive oversight
- Building a high‑performing PMO function, ensuring effective deployment of talent, and sustaining delivery without bottlenecks or overstretch
Your skills and experience
- Proven ability to challenge, influence, and drive decisions with senior and SteerCo‑level stakeholders across complex transformation landscapes
- Deep experience in cost control, forecasting, and investment optimisation, enabling trusted decision‑making in Board, regulatory, and executive forums
- Strong capability in designing, enforcing, and maturing governance and change control frameworks to ensure audit readiness, compliance, and predictable delivery
- Expert at translating complex delivery data into clear, compelling, action‑oriented insights, with strong Microsoft Suite and Clarity reporting skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate cross‑initiative impacts, manage resources at scale, and prevent systemic delivery or execution risk
- Experience operating in large, complex, highly regulated technology environments, with a track record of building, coaching, and leading high‑performing PMO teams through change
