End User Meeting Services & Special Needs Coordinator

OBJECTIVE:

The End User Meeting Services & Special Needs Coordinator is responsible for providing consistently reliable and knowledgeable support to the End User Services segments of the LM IT organization -Helpdesk and Client Services - and the DOE-LM federal-client, as requested.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Takes the lead in communicating with users weekly before their Active Directory password expires and providing direction on how to successfully change the password without becoming locked out of

connecting the LM network remotely.

2.Coordinates interview scheduling for EUS-Helpdesk and Site Tech managers and other IT

management upon request.

3.Monitors and coordinates site conference room scheduling across LM and helps to coordinate

physical conference room needs for scheduled meetings at the LMBC.

4.Manages WebEx meeting setup and scheduling and provides assistance to Helpdesk with other

collaboration tools.

5.Works with DOE-HQ contact for the change of all LM conference call numbers and leader &

participant codes.

6.Maintains inventory of federal office supplies at LMBC.

7.Schedules GSA vehicles for federal and contractor use at LMBC.

8.Provides an IT-knowledgeable and trusted resource to contribute to any IT-related time-consuming project or event, particularly ones that are unexpected and involve communication, dialog with, and

providing direction to the user community to address the project or event.

Other duties as assigned.


 

EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, and EXPERIENCE

Education: Associate degree in business, IT, or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years IT-based business support experience.

Licenses:

Valid Driver's License

Certifications

No professional certification required.

No clearance requirement but the contract and/or the site requires US Citizenship to be approved for access. (includes NACI / T1, MRPT, CAC): Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

1. Possess practical knowledge of software and hardware used in the LM IT and user environments.

2.Ability to support IT management and End User Services providers with limited guidance.

3.Capability to quickly grasp new processes specific to the LM IT user-operating environment.

4. Ability to communicate, both verbally and in written forms, professionally and successfully with all

levels of DOE-LM/LMS management and user community.

Physical Activities:

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $69000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
