End User Experience Engineer (EUC)

In this role, you’ll shape the backbone of our End User Computing platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and resilience for mission-critical applications, and making sure our users have secure and frictionless access to their applications, data, and workflows.

You'll help define, engineer, and deliver enterprise strategies for end-user computing technologies across Windows and MacOS platforms. This role focuses on endpoint management and automation, Office 365, browser management, and cloud management solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune and Azure. You will work on software packaging and lifecycle management, support escalations, and ensure compliance with ITIL processes including Change, Incident, Problem, and Vulnerability Management. As a driver of change, you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver secure, highly available solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Implement Enterprise Strategy

  • Drive strategy and delivery for end-user experience technologies, including:
  • Productivity tools (Office, Adobe, Java, etc.) Browser platforms (Edge, Chrome) Collaboration tools (Office 365, WebEx, Box) Enterprise print solutions Endpoint automation, reporting, analytics, and device management for Windows and Mac.

Provide Technical Support & Solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for assigned technologies. Design and deploy stable, scalable solutions that minimize downtime. Assist with procurement and integration of new technologies as needed.

Maintain Service Performance

  • Meet or exceed SLAs/OLAs for uptime and response times. Monitor systems proactively, apply patches, and perform regular maintenance to prevent incidents.

Analyze & Recommend Improvements

  • Evaluate business needs and existing technologies to recommend robust, practical solutions. Identify patterns and issues, applying creativity and technical expertise to meet business objectives.

Collaborate & Lead

  • Build strong partnerships with leadership, team members, and vendors. Provide technical guidance, prioritize work, and mentor peers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Refine Processes & Standards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, policies, and best practices. Promote reuse, standardization, and adherence to ITIL principles.

Document & Communicate

  • Maintain detailed design documents, diagrams, specifications, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs to support operational excellence.

Stay Current & Advise

  • Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies. Present business-relevant innovations to technology leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–7+ years of relevant professional experience, including proven engineering expertise in the subject matter domain.
  • Availability: Ability to provide after-hours or on-call support for critical incidents when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts across all organizational levels. High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex operating environments. Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: ITIL Foundations strongly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Comfortable troubleshooting across diverse technologies and domains, including: PC hardware, drivers, and firmware Web browsers Networking Mainframe access technologies Active Directory Group Policy File services Managed print solutions User Experience (UX) tools PowerShell scripting.
  • Core Competencies: Highly technical with strong problem-solving skills Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to support technology needs across multiple organizational groups.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $107,000 - $144,000 a year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
