This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. About You
The End User Customer Development Manager works to bring new End User customers (typically between £15k - £100k per annum) new business to Kimberly-Clark Professional. You will work across multiple segments including Offices, Healthcare and Education.
Responsibilities:
Leverages Business Intelligence/ Market Insights to develop pipeline to target and engage customers to drive market penetration.
Collaborates with Channel Team and Channel partners to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers.
Develops and manages new business quickly for hand off Channel or Key Account Teams to on-ward manage
Brings insights from customer meetings to inform the customer journey, product/ innovation roadmap and marketing programs.
Typically working on deals between £15k – £100k per annum. Will partner on negotiation and contract management
Will hold a small portfolio of End User customers within a base business portfolio (Key Account sites/high priority EU customer sites)
Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.

Individual New Closed Business financial targets: gross profit, account profitability, growth, new business by category

Experience:
Professional experience in End User facing Selling (hunting)
Functional Skills: Experience in Selling, pricing strategy, expert in pipeline management.
Competencies: Experience in Negotiation, reasonable customer planning & strategy, business acumen
