PermanentThe PMO/ Enablement Manager partners closely with Executives/ Head Ofs to drive operational excellence, track business performance, and ensure disciplined execution across strategic initiatives. This role acts as an integrator across teams, using data, structured governance, and strong stakeholder engagement to help functions deliver their goals efficiently and consistently. Act as an extension of the Executive—managing priorities, following up on actions with stakeholders, and ensuring commitments made by/for the Executive are delivered. The PMO Manager also drives cultural alignment and “one team” behaviours across sites and regions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Performance Tracking & Insights
Own day‑to‑day tracking of respective domains/ area's goals, KPIs, and functional scorecards and continuously improve core PMO artifacts including KPIs dashboards, monthly business performance reports, RAID logs, and executive leadership packs
Monitor operational metrics, including tech, financial, risk, vulnerability, and delivery performance.
Convert insights into recommended actions and follow up to ensure closure.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance packs for Executives (QBR, CEO Updates, Group Executive Updates, etc.).
2. Presentation & Executive Communication
Create high-quality executive-level presentations: QBRs, Board/ExCo updates, CEO reviews, strategic papers.
Produce visuals, dashboards, and slides that clearly communicate insights and priorities.
Ensure messaging consistency across departments and global sites.
Manage communications for the Executive
3. PMO Governance & Operational Discipline
Establish and maintain governance mechanisms for critical leadership routines.
Ensure cadence, structure, documentation, and follow‑through for executive meetings.
Standardise templates, dashboards, and reporting formats to enhance clarity and control.
Track progress, blockers, decisions, and interdependencies across executive portfolios.
Drive cross‑functional alignment through structured communication and stakeholder coordination
4. Strategic Initiative Management
Lead planning, tracking, and execution support for strategic initiatives under each Executive.
Monitor project milestones, budgets (where applicable), risks, and issue remediation.
Coordinate with initiative leads across functions to ensure accurate updates and timely delivery.
Assess cross-functional risks, propose mitigation plans, and escalate where needed.
Workforce Planning and Management (Coordinate workforce-related reporting and support P&C on hiring/skills/attrition dashboards).
5. Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, Finance, or related fields.
5-8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, operations, or strategy roles.
Strong PMO capabilities: project planning, risk management, reporting, governance, and delivery follow-through.
Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with strong presentation development (PowerPoint, storytelling).
High analytical ability with experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards.
Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and constant change.
Strong familiarity with technology delivery processes (Agile, dev cycles, release management, risk/vulnerability lifecycle), with the ability to interpret engineering metrics and ask the right questions.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive executive information with discretion and trust.
Preferred
Consulting background is a strong advantage.
Experience in working overseas (Australia, etc.) is preferred
Experience in digital transformation, enterprise operations, tech, or banking is a plus.
Experience in working with AI technology, ability to build dashboard using PowerBI or Excel.
