What We'll Bring:

This role will act as a key partner of the Credentialing and Onboarding team and is responsible for supporting the enablement code creation and maintenance processes specific to all customers with immediate attention to our reseller partners and their end-user customers. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across sales, sales support, Salesforce support and other members of the Credentialing and Onboarding team. The Specialist II will have the opportunity to partner on such projects as reseller conversion, overall maintenance of Enablement Codes.

This is a remote position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually

What You'll Bring:

Code Creation & Configuration
•    Develop and configure new TransUnion Enablement codes within internal systems to support product offerings and client requirements.

Data Validation & Accuracy Checks
•    Perform thorough validation of code setups to ensure accuracy, compliance with business rules, and alignment with TransUnion specifications.


Maintenance & Updates
•    Regularly review and update existing codes to reflect changes in product features, pricing, or regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Version Control
•    Maintain detailed documentation of code structures, changes, and processes for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Work closely with Product, IT, and Operations teams to ensure codes are implemented correctly and meet business needs.

Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting
•    Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors related to code functionality, escalating complex issues as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience prior professional work experience
  • High school diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations).
  • Ability to manage multiple code requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of regulatory and business rules impacting TransUnion products and enablement codes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
  • Strong ability to ensure accuracy in code creation, validation, and documentation to prevent downstream errors.
  • Familiarity with data entry and configuration tools; ability to work within internal systems and platforms for code setup and maintenance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
