The Job

As an Employment Ethics Investigator, you’ll be part of our Labor & Employee Relations team, supporting the handling of investigations across Latin America that come in through our Ethics Hotline. You’ll get to:

  • Conduct investigations into allegations of ethical or legal violations in the workplace across multiple countries in Latin America.
  • Gather and analyze evidence from various sources, including interviews, documents, and electronic data.
  • Evaluate and document findings, make recommendations for corrective action.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to communicate findings and develop/implement policies and processes to prevent future violations.
  • Support overflow of cases from other markets such as the US.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to rotational investigators in market.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience in ethics investigations and employment regulations).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or employment-related ethics or investigations.
  • High level of confidentiality, strong communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong practical analytical and investigative skills.
  • Understanding of employment regulations and cultural nuances for both hourly and salaried workforces/workplaces in Latin America.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, Portuguese preferred
