What You’ll Do
- Strengthen, promote, and raise awareness of Exadel’s employer brand across all recruitment and digital channels
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that attract relevant and top candidates using marketing best practices
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and staffing managers to create compelling, culture-driven job descriptions that go beyond a list of requirements
- Manage job postings through our internal system and ensure they’re accurate, appealing, and aligned with brand standards
- Partner with the recruitment team to design and execute comprehensive employer marketing strategies that align with company goals
- Lead LinkedIn campaigns and other social media initiatives to promote open roles and increase visibility
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing to ensure Exadel’s strategies remain cutting-edge
- Track and analyze campaign performance and candidate feedback, providing data-driven insights for improvement
- Manage and expand the company’s referral program
- Review and update internal materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with Exadel’s brand and culture
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications
- Proven experience creating engaging recruitment content and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and candidate engagement
- Experience collaborating with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and optimize strategy
- Creative, proactive approach with a passion for people and culture
- A creative, analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Passion for people, culture, and creating meaningful candidate experiences
English level
Upper-Intermediate or higher
