C.H. Robinson is hiring an Employee Relations Compliance Manager. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HR and Employee Relations (ER), combined with business acumen, to create and refine ER processes, develop proactive strategies to enhance C.H. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead global ER projects that enhance the employee experience, mitigate risk, and support leaders
Maintain and update internal project management software, collaborating with the HR Project Management Office to prioritize, allocate resources, and track ER-related projects
Assist in the design, development, and execution of global ER processes, ensuring timely and effective implementation
Identify and address emerging ER challenges across various processes and make recommendations for improvements and prioritization; partnering with local and global ER partners
Review internal processes, recommend improvements, and drive compliant, efficient solutions that align with business objectives
Build collaborative and influential relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to gather insights, secure support, and obtain necessary resources for project and program execution
Analyze key metrics to identify trends that inform process design; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and ROI
Evaluate and challenge existing practices, driving innovative approaches to scale ER programs globally
Develop and implement communication plans that facilitate stakeholder and participant engagement in ER programs and initiatives
Stay current on applicable employment laws, ensuring C.H. Robinson’s policies and processes remain compliant
Serve as a key stakeholder in government reporting processes on behalf of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of employee relations experience
Minimum 2 years of project management experience
Up to 10% travel, domestic and/or international
Preferred:
Global project management experience
Ability to develop strong relationships, influence, and collaborate with managers, executives, and HR teams
High level of confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating new processes or reviewing and improving existing ones
Strong understanding of employment law and its application to company policies
Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Effective time management skills

Compensation Range
$89,800.00 - $151,800.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
