The Employee Impact Program Manager, South Asia will support our rapidly growing employee base across India, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. This role is responsible for increasing programmatic impact, engaging employees at scale, and building sustainable systems to support our fastest growing market.

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for driving strategic employee impact programming for all Salesforce employees across South Asia, including India, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines

    • Support and enable the India and Singapore Employee Impact Councils to deliver effective volunteering opportunities that are locally meaningful

    • Drive AI-focused volunteering initiatives, particularly in AI Education and Upskilling, leveraging Salesforce's expertise to address digital literacy gaps and prepare communities for AI-driven economic opportunities

    • Establish regional goals, measure outcomes, and partner with operations team to evaluate process and performance on a consistent and timely basis

    • Build strong partnerships with regional leaders to champion Employee Impact initiatives, creating targeted plans that drive awareness, participation, and measurable increases in giving and volunteering

    • Work with the communications team to identify creative ways to internally and externally promote our social impact programs and celebrate successes on our various communication channels

    • Serve as a thought partner to identify program improvements, expansion, and new programmatic opportunities that align with the global team’s overall strategic goals

    • Design and execute high-impact regional events including Global Volunteer Month activations and key company moments that drive both employee engagement and measurable community impact

    • Collaborate across internal CSR partners to help identify, assess, and engage strategic community partnerships

    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic nonprofit partners across South Asia

    • Other projects and activities as assigned
       

  • Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in managing corporate employee engagement programs or community involvement initiatives

    • Cultural competency and experience working across diverse markets in South Asia region; ability to adapt programs to local contexts while maintaining global brand consistency

    • Familiarity with local government policies and laws related to CSR

    • Proven experience in building best-in-class programs; deep knowledge of the latest social impact and employee engagement trends

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to excel as a team across multiple geographies and time zones

    • Ability to effectively interface at the senior executive level

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proven ability to manage high-volume requests from a large employee base while maintaining process discipline; skilled at setting clear boundaries and expectations to prevent ad-hoc requests from derailing strategic program goals

    • Proficiency in Google applications and experience with Salesforce and Slack preferred

    • Ability to represent the team at internal and external events and among colleagues at all levels of the company
