Employee Field Sales (Industry) (AM/DM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory-wise field sales plan to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new customers in the assigned industry segment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, service, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of sales activities through CRM or designated systems.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry meets to promote brand visibility.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with existing dealer and support them with all techno-commercial quotation and closing of orders
