As the Employee Events and CSR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life by supporting the planning, coordination and execution of engaging employee events—both in-person and virtual—at the national and local levels. You’ll also contribute to our Northbridge Cares program, which reflects our commitment to donating 2% of pre-tax profits to causes that significantly impact the lives of Canadians.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creative event planning with structured program support, and is passionate about making a difference. You’ll bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to help deliver high-quality experiences and initiatives that matter.
We want your talent!
If you are great at:
Planning and executing engaging events for employees
Managing programs and processes, including our donation matching initiatives
Following up with stakeholders to gather information and maintain comprehensive records
Enthusiastically taking on additional tasks to ensure the success of the team
And you have:
4+ years of experience in event planning and administrative roles
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and executing employee events in both a virtual and in-person environment
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
