This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Employee Engagement Manager. The Employee Engagement Manager will work closely with the Talent Branding, Talent Engagement and Corporate Marketing teams and be responsible for cross functional projects, strategic initiatives that will improve employee engagement scores.
Responsibilities:
Culture Ambassador. Provide strategic employee programs that would help build and solidify the company culture across the different groups and locations. Design and execute employee programs with “employee first” in mind while aligning with global strategic goals.
Project Management. Design, conceptualize, set-up and manage strategic employee programs and events that would support company-wide employee engagement goals. Gather and analyze relevant data to formulate employee programs on an institutional level and also on a per business unit level. Execute both short and long-term employee programs, from start to finish.
Collaboration. Partner with leaders across the company to develop employee engagement programs and support business needs; Partner with external vendors or businesses in the completion of certain projects. Work well with internal stakeholders ensuring smooth transactions - HR, IT, Finance, etc.
Process Compliance. Follow and work within the policies revolving engagement of suppliers, vendors, partners. Ensure compliance to all finance and legal requirements when initiating and implementing projects.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
5+ years of experience in People Analytics & Insight. The ability to transform raw data (surveys, turnover rates, and eNPS) into actionable strategies. It’s about moving from "gut feelings" to evidence-based decision-making to improve the bottom line.
5+ years of proven experience in Strategic Communication. Acting as a bilingual bridge between leadership and staff. You must translate corporate goals into a compelling narrative for employees while advocating for the workforce's needs to the C-suite.
5+ years expertise in Holistic Experience Design. Designing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). This means building end-to-end systems for recognition, onboarding, and inclusion that work for remote, hybrid, and in-office teams alike.
Desired Qualifications:
Employee Engagement Programs: Proven experience at a managerial level in designing and executing initiatives that boost morale and retention.
Project & Events Management: The technical ability to take an idea from the planning phase to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Highly Collaborative: A natural ability to work across departments and build rapport with diverse teams.
Excellent Communication: Proficiency in both written and oral formats for clear messaging across the organization.
High Integrity: Specifically regarding resource management (budgeting, vendor relations, and company assets).
Keen on Details: Precision in planning to ensure no logistical "balls" are dropped during events or programs.
Flexibility: A willingness to work extended hours when project milestones or events demand it.
Hybrid Work Setup: Ability to balance remote productivity with the necessity of being physically present for in-office collaboration and events.
