Roles and responsibilities EMI -
. GMV: Responsible for GMV of EMI for an assigned teritorry, ensuring targets are met at ERE
level.is includes counseling and handholding the customer at each stage.
. Distribution management (including service): Develop and manage relationships with merchants agents (DSAs), to source additional business. Act as the main point of contact for escalations of clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints raised by ERE's.
. Business development: Identify new business opportunities by nurturing and deepening existing customer relationships. This involves activities like cross-selling and upselling other products like Gold, additional EDC, QR, insurance etc
. Documentation and compliance: Ensure that all store certification is completed, adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
. Market research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to help develop and implement effective business strategies.
. Performance reporting: Prepare regular reports on merchant feedback, portfolio quality, and business performance for management review.
