Emerging Talent Program (Graduate Program) at Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas

Do you have a passion for the green transition, and do you want to accelerate your career path?

As a Graduate at Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas, you are part of a two-year program with rotations in three core business areas in the Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas Group. You will contribute to a green future with Biogas as a market leader who is a pivotal for the green transition.

We are looking for Emerging Talents to start in September 2026.

How the Program works

In our Emerging Talent Program, you are offered a career journey through personal and professional development in a high-growth company with an international perspective and a promising future. During the program, you will gain a deep understanding of our company, our business, and our company values.

You will be trusted with great responsibility, and you will be included in national and international projects within all three business areas in your graduate program. You will be part of a 3 x 8-month rotation in each of the following business areas:

  • Business Development: where you gain an understanding of the entire process of scoping and developing a greenfield biogas project and an understanding of how the different stakeholders and partners collaborate to realize a profitable project.

  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: you will support the organization by turning operational and commercial data into meaningful insights that help improve the performance of our biomethane plants. They will work closely with analysts and senior stakeholders to learn the BIA toolbox and contribute to day‑to‑day analytics activities across the business.

  • Procurement: where you will be involved in analytical tasks, e.g., market screening for new biomasses or biomass potential for new locations/countries for biogas plants. You will also gain knowledge on negotiation and execution of contracts.

You are about to graduate or have a recent master’s degree in business administration, finance, or similar. In addition, it is essential for your success in this role that you:

  • Have great communication skills in English (and maybe Danish)
